Students of the Ashland Karate Academy donated their time and energy helping receive food items donated to the Emergency Food Bank in Ashland. We had a great turnout and ended up taking in over 27,000 lbs of food into the bank. The Ashland Emergency Food Bank is a non-profit organization the provides 3-5 days worth of food per month to families that ask for it.
